EPC PRICING

This varies between companies, but the range for a Scottish EPC (English EPCs are sometimes cheaper) is roughly £90 to £150.

Our standard price for an EPC is £120 (for a standard property up to and including 5 bedrooms in a main Scottish city or town). It could be slightly more for larger properties or those in remote locations. The cost includes:

1. Arranging access with the landlord or tenant for one visit to the property
2. A digital copy of the EPC and recommendations report, which we can also upload to www.lettingweb.com if you wish
3. A laminated hard copy of the EPC to post in the property
4. A FREE digital pdf (worth £23) of the floorplan for marketing purposes
5. Professional insurance
6. Travel and mileage (additional charge for remote areas may be required)
